Bursa’da özel bir diş kliniğinde sedasyon altında yapılan diş tedavisinin ardından fenalaşarak hayatını kaybeden 5 yaşındaki Deniz Sönmez’in ölümüne ilişkin davada karar açıklandı. Bursa 44’üncü Asliye Ceza Mahkemesi’nde görülen davada, diş hekimi Aleyna S.G. ile anestezi uzmanı Levent O. 'bilinçli taksirle ölüme neden olma' suçundan 4 yıl 5 ay 10 gün hapis cezasına çarptırıldı. Acılı baba verilen karar sonrası, "Kediyi öldüren 3 yıl ceza aldı, bizim canımız gitti 4 yıl ceza verildi" ifadelerini kullandı.
