Bursa'nın İznik ilçesinde Enes Güler (10), otomobilin çarpması sonucu hayatını kaybetti. Bilirkişi raporuna göre, Enes'in yüzde 100 kusurlu bulunduğu kaza sonrası tutuklanan sürücü Kerim Akgün, serbest bırakıldı. Baba Yusuf Güler, karara tepki göstererek, "Bilirkişi raporunda yüzde 100 kusuru bize vermişler. Neye nazaran bu karar çıkmış? Acımızı yaşayamıyor, adalet arıyoruz" dedi. Akgün, kaza sonrası gözaltına alındıktan sonra da serbest bırakılmıştı.
