Van'ın Erciş ilçesine 30 kilometre uzaklıkta bulunan Çimen Mahallesi'ni akrepler sardı. Anne ve çocuğunu sokan akrepler nedeniyle de 4 kişilik Beder ailesi, evlerini terk etmek zorunda kaldı. Gelen şikayetler üzerine bölgede incelemelerde bulunan Erciş Belediyesi'nde görevli Veteriner Hekim İhsan Çiftçi, gördüğü manzara karşısında şaşkınlık yaşadı. Akreplerin çok yoğun olduğunu belirten Çiftçi, bunların 2 türünün de mahallede yoğun olarak bulunduğunu ve burada yaşayan vatandaşların yaşamını tehdit ettiğini, ilgili kurumlarla koordineli çalışıp sorunu çözmeye çalışacaklarını söyledi.
