Bursa’da, otomobilden indirdiği eski eşi Yasemin Ağır (45) ile yanındaki Yahya Aydın’ı (48) tabancayla vurarak öldürdüğü gerekçesiyle, 2 kez ağırlaştırılmış müebbet hapis cezasına çarptırılan polis memuru Bilal Ağır'ın (51), avukatlarının karara itirazı üzerine, Bölge Adliye Mahkemesi 1’inci Ceza Dairesi’nde yeniden görülen davada, tutuklu sanığın, yerden seken kurşunun Şeyma Ünlü'ye (18) isabet etmesi nedeniyle ‘olası kastla yaralama’ suçundan 4 yıl, ‘kamu malına zarar vermek’ suçundan 1 yıl olmak üzere toplam 5 yıl daha hapsine hükmedildi.
